DMCA Take-Down and Counter-Notice Procedure If we receive a legitimate DMCA take-down request, we will remove the infringing content according to copyright laws. In the interest of fairness, we may disclose the DMCA notification, including the complainant's contact details, to the person accused of infringement. If your content was removed incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notice, which must include: identification of the content removed and its previous location, your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email, a declaration under oath stating your belief that the removal was a mistake, your consent to legal proceedings and acceptance of legal documents, and your physical or electronic signature. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
